At DPT Tech and Bill, we primarily provide digital services and solutions. As such, there is no physical shipping involved. All services are delivered electronically or remotely according to the timelines outlined in our agreements with each client.

Service Delivery

    Project timelines are discussed and agreed upon at the start of the project. All deliverables such as website files, login credentials, and related assets will be provided electronically upon completion via secure file transfer, email, or client portals.

  • Billing Support Services
    Billing support and management services are delivered on an ongoing basis according to the subscription or service agreement. All reports, statements, and support materials are shared digitally.

  • Custom CRM Development
    CRM platforms are delivered and deployed via secure servers, cloud platforms, or provided hosting environments based on client requirements.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes for all services are project-specific and will be clearly communicated in your service agreement or proposal.

  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be promptly communicated to the client with updated delivery estimates.

Physical Shipments

  • We do not ship any physical products or materials. All services are provided digitally.

Downloadable Materials

  • If any digital files, documents, or software are part of the service, these will be shared via secure online delivery methods such as email, cloud storage links, or client portals.
